I'm a Fed, but it's OK because I'm here to help. Neil Gibson B.Sc. (Hons), Ph.D., D.L.S.H.T.M. brings over 25 years' academic and business experience to the Canadian Federal Government. He has extensive working knowledge in the biotechnology, food and beverage, and healthcare industries. Neil has held executive positions at multinational companies such as GE Healthcare and Mars Incorporated, managed teams and supported household brands through all stages of product development from concept through to commercialization. Since 2007, Neil has worked with and nurtured small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Canada. Overall he has contributed to hundreds of Canadian SMEs with his extensive business advice and knowledge of the Canadian innovation system.
