E-Fund VCC is a later seed stage angel investment fund that invests in promising BC companies that are EBC eligible. E-Fund was founded with the goal to achieve consistently higher returns and more exits from angel investments. By investing via teams, we are able to do more due diligence, leverage the industry expertise of our 90+ investors and provide post investment advice to the companies we invested in.

Frank Leffelaar is a marketing and business advisor and provides marketing services through his agency Crush Marketing. He is a business mentor and an angel investor with a strong interest in food and agriculture technology. He is an active investor with E-Fund VCC where he participates in due diligence. He is a member of the VANTEC Angel Network where is the lead for marketing and partnerships and helps organize investor events to grow the angel community and investment in BC startups. Prior to starting Crush, Frank held senior international marketing positions with Technology companies in Canada and Europe. Frank relocated to Vancouver, Canada from the Netherlands in 1998.
