As a startup, identifying your product market fit is probably one of the most important things you'll have to do. One of the greatest assets you’ve got to achieve this is Empathy, or in other words, the ability to put yourselves in your customer’s shoes. The foundation of empathetic design is observation and the goal is to identify latent customer needs in order to create products that people didn’t even know they wanted.
