The Power of Empathy - Getting inside of your customer’s heads and hearts to create indispensable products.
Limited Capacity filling up

As a startup, identifying your product market fit is probably one of the most important things you'll have to do. One of the greatest assets you’ve got to achieve this is Empathy, or in other words, the ability to put yourselves in your customer’s shoes. The foundation of empathetic design is observation and the goal is to identify latent customer needs in order to create products that people didn’t even know they wanted. This interactive evening will be an opportunity to bring together different perspectives around what it means to be a User Centered Startup and how this gets reflected in all aspects of your business ranging from Product Design to Product Management to Sales and Distribution.

Bring your thoughts, questions, and comments and be part of the conversation as we use this intimate setting to have an insightful conversation about how to get inside the heads and hearts of the people who will use our products.

Horizon 1: Technology happening now
Horizon 2: Near future (10-20 years)
Horizon 3: Distant future (20+ years)

Also, we will have a surprise activity.
