Come join Ivana Lochhead and Ritva Nosov as they introduce you to what CQ is and examine what it looks like in our workplaces, specifically in the recruitment realm. If you are thinking about hiring global tech talent, or are already recruiting outside Canada, you will walk away from this session with a greater understanding of how cultural differences can play out in the recruitment process, and what you can do to exercise CQ when recruiting tech talent from abroad.
